Maryland Deathfest is thrilled to announce the Official Pre-Fest Event for the 2025 edition of America’s Biggest Annual Metal Party at Soundstage Baltimore on May 21, 2025 with an electrifying lineup that will set the stage for an epic Maryland Deathfest experience.
Headlining the event is the legendary US doom metal titans Pentagram who will bring their iconic riffs and haunting melodies to the stage.
Joining them are UK death metal legends Cancer, as well as Sweden’s Tribulation and Portland’s Unto Others, who will be showcasing tracks from their highly anticipated new albums “Sub Rosa In Æternum” and “Never, Neverland”, respectively, in addition to their now-classic back catalogs.
The lineup continues with Massachusetts’ Chained to the Bottom of the Ocean delivering a relentless barrage of oppressive sludge while Turkey’s Molested Divinity unleashes an onslaught of brutal death metal. Completing the bill is the new Texan death metal entity Corpus Offal featuring scene veterans showcasing their much-anticipated new album.
